The Recovery Doctor is a physician-owned medical practice. All medical and psychiatric services offered by The Recovery Doctor are provided by, or under the direction of, Dr. Eric Chaghouri, a licensed physician, and our team of licensed physicians and practitioners.
Licensure
Our physicians and practitioners provide services only in states where they hold an active license or are otherwise authorized to practice. The licensure status of any physician or practitioner may be verified through the medical or nursing board of the state in which that clinician practices.
Credentials and Board Certification
Statements on this website about a clinician’s education, training, board certification, publications, or teaching positions are limited to credentials the clinician actually holds. Board certification is stated only where it has been granted by a recognized certifying board.
