Stephanie Viana-Aradia

Stephanie Viana-Aradia brings more than a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare, pharmacy, and healthcare operations. Her background includes clinical support, medication management, provider coordination, facility operations, Human Resources, and administrative leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of behavioral healthcare.

She began her career in pharmacy, earning her Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license from Everest College in Los Angeles in 2013. She completed an internship at Kaiser Permanente in 2014, gaining experience in the Infectious Disease and IV Compounding Department, before continuing her pharmacy experience in private settings.

In 2016, she transitioned into behavioral healthcare operations, supporting IOP and PHP programs and assisting with facility development, private practice operations, medication management, psychiatric injections, provider support, and Human Resources. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management from San Joaquin Valley College in 2022.

She has worked closely with Dr. Chaghouri since 2018. At The Recovery Doctor, she works directly with facility partners and providers, supporting onboarding, operational needs, communication, and workflow development while helping maintain efficient and compliant processes.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys pharmacology, forensic science, and true crime documentaries. She loves traveling by land, air, or sea with her husband and spending time with her four children, five grandchildren, and four dogs—Rex, Buster, Bopeep, and Bullseye.
