Candace Conley

Candace Conley is the Accounting & Payroll Manager at The Recovery Doctor, where she has served since September 2023 as one of the earliest members of the administrative team. In her role, she oversees and continually refines the company’s accounting processes, building the systems that keep the organization running smoothly.

Beyond her technical expertise, Candace is known for her natural leadership and genuine empathy. She brings warmth, diligence, and a sense of joy to every meeting, and she’s someone the wider support team knows they can turn to for guidance and encouragement.

Before joining The Recovery Doctor, Candace worked at Disneyland, where she developed a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences — values she carries into her work today. She holds an Associate’s Degree from California State University, Northridge.

Outside the office, Candace enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her beautiful family.
