Alysse Ragle

Alysse Ragle is the Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships, Southwest. Her career has spanned behavioral healthcare, entrepreneurship, account management, sales, and operational leadership.

Alysse began her career in customer-facing leadership and business development, where she developed a passion for understanding people, identifying needs, and building relationships rooted in trust. Her experience later expanded into entrepreneurship, territory development, account management, and strategic sales, giving her a broad perspective on how organizations grow and create long-term value.

Her career eventually led her into behavioral healthcare, where she worked closely with providers, organizations, referral partners, and community stakeholders. This experience deepened her understanding of the behavioral health continuum and strengthened her commitment to work that positively impacts patients and families. Throughout her career, Alysse has developed new territories, cultivated executive-level relationships, expanded accounts, and helped organizations identify new opportunities for growth.

Today, Alysse serves as Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Southwest Region at The Recovery Doctor, with a primary focus on Texas. She works with founders, owners, CEOs, executive leaders, and key decision-makers across detox, residential treatment, PHP/IOP, mental health, and other behavioral health settings. Her role focuses on identifying organizational needs and developing strategic partnerships around medical director services, integrated psychiatry, addiction medicine, and primary care coordination.

Alysse is passionate about helping behavioral health organizations strengthen their clinical infrastructure and expand access to high-quality medical care. She believes the strongest partnerships are built through trust, thoughtful problem-solving, exceptional service, and a shared commitment to long-term success.

Outside of work, Alysse enjoys spending time with her two sons and two dogs, photography, fitness, cooking, and creating meaningful experiences with the people she loves.
