Allison brings over 15 years of HR experience to her role, with a career built around helping organizations grow without losing sight of the people behind that growth. At The Recovery Doctor, she focuses on creating scalability with a people-first approach — building HR systems and processes that can keep pace with the organization’s expansion while still supporting employees, teams, and leadership in a thoughtful, hands-on way.
